KEY TERMS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Foxoff Giveaways Pty Ltd ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any instructions published on the promotion page.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Excludes ACT and SA residents where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

The winner and any hunt participant must be legally entitled under all applicable Commonwealth and Northern Territory laws to possess, use, and be in the presence of firearms, and must not be a prohibited person under the Northern Territory Firearms Act or any other applicable legislation.

The Promoter and/or hunt outfitter reserve the right to request proof of eligibility, identification, firearms licensing information, or any other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility prior to the hunt taking place. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on Friday 12 June 2026 and closes at 7:00 PM AEST on Sunday 5 July 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

Entries can be obtained by purchasing entry packages via the Foxoff Giveaways website during the promotional period. Each entry package includes:

• Digital access to Foxoff Radio
• Exclusive access to Foxoff TV
• Exclusive partner brand discounts
• Exclusive merchandise discounts
• A specified number of entries into the promotion

The number of entries received corresponds to the package purchased. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

6. Free Entry Method

A free alternative method of entry is available. To enter without purchase, entrants must:

• Include the name of the promotion
• Ensure the entry is received before the promotion closing date

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

7. Entry Records

Entries are recorded based on completed purchases and valid free entries received. Each valid entry is assigned a unique entry number or range. The Promoter's records are final and binding.

8. Prize Details

The prize consists of the "Foxoff Ultimate NT Hunting Experience" valued at approximately AUD $27,600 and includes:

• One (1) six-day, five-night Northern Territory guided hunting experience
• One (1) hunter and one (1) observer
• Professional guided hunt with Goodhand Outback Experience
• Accommodation while in camp
• Meals and non-alcoholic beverages while in camp
• Firearm hire for the duration of the hunt
• One (1) trophy buffalo bull including European mount preparation
• Up to ten (10) boars
• Camp transfers as arranged by the outfitter
• A $3,000 AUD travel voucher supplied by Foxoff Giveaways to assist with flights and travel expenses

Additional animals, trophy fees, taxidermy, shipping, exports, tanning, mounting, personal expenses, accommodation outside hunt dates, travel insurance, and any other expenses not expressly listed are the responsibility of the winner.

Any additional trophies or animals harvested outside the listed inclusions must be paid for directly by the winner.

The winner must redeem and complete the hunt during the May–November 2026–2027 Northern Territory hunting seasons, subject to outfitter availability, weather conditions, access, and legal requirements.

The prize may be transferred to another eligible person subject to approval by the Promoter and hunt outfitter. Any transferred participant must comply with all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Alternatively, the winner may elect to receive a cash prize of AUD $10,000 in lieu of the hunting package. The cash alternative is final and no additional compensation will be provided.

The prize is not otherwise transferable or exchangeable except as required by law.

9. Draw & Winner Selection

The draw will take place electronically at 8:30 PM AEST on Sunday 5 July 2026 following the close of entries. The draw will be conducted electronically using www.randomdraws.com.au and broadcast live via the Foxoff Facebook page. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. Permit numbers will be published where required by law.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. Publication of Winner

The winner's first name, surname initial, and state/territory may be published on the Foxoff website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

12. Prize Conditions

The hunt is subject to weather conditions, outfitter availability, seasonal access, government regulations, safety considerations, and any lawful directions of the outfitter or guides.

The winner and observer acknowledge that hunting and remote outdoor activities carry inherent risks including injury, illness, death, property damage, wildlife encounters, firearm-related risks, vehicle incidents, and remote-area medical limitations.

By accepting the prize, the winner and observer agree to participate entirely at their own risk.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to any person deemed intoxicated, unsafe, medically unfit, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for participation.

The winner and observer may be required to sign liability waivers and indemnity documents requested by the Promoter or hunt outfitter prior to participation.

13. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, sponsors, affiliates, hunt outfitter, guides, employees, contractors, and associated entities are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, expense, or claim arising from or connected with:

• Participation in the promotion
• Acceptance or use of the prize
• Travel associated with the prize
• Hunting activities
• Firearm use
• Cancellation or modification of the hunt
• Any act or omission of third-party providers

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the promotion and communicating with entrants. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

16. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws. The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
